i thought i was checking into a luxurious suite, but my mattress felt like a plank, and the slamming doors in the hall were absolutely ludicrous. i almost asked for a complimentary upgrade, considering the chaos. i certainly could have done without the unpleasent smell lingering in my room, but the courteous staff really made me giggle just a bit.

I was appalled by the stale odor in our room, which made our stay uncomfortable. Despite reporting it to the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. The slammed doors in the hallway were incredibly distracting, ruining any chance of restful sleep.

Just a great fit for shopping in Charlotte with best value. The kitchenette was handy for making quick snacks while relaxing. For an easier sleep, pack earplugs to block out hallway noise.

i had a great time at home2 suites by hilton. everything was clean and fresh. The location was perfect, close to shopping centers. the staff were very professional and courteous. i really appreciated that.

The Queen Studio Suite was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for the family. Breakfast options included delicious home-made pastries that were a delightful start to the day. However, the heating unit in our room did not function properly, and despite reporting it, the issue was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the noise from slamming doors in the hallway could be distracting at times.

We had a lovely stay with colleagues, enjoyed exploring the nearby Carowinds Theme Park, and appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette for family snacks. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options.

My kids wished for better soundproofing for quieter nights.
